Overview

The Senior Python Backend Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining the backend logic and data integration for our products. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless functionality of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
 Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and Django
 Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components
 Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
 Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
 Implement security and data protection measures
 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
 Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
 Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance
 Write effective APIs, test cases, and documentation

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
 Proven experience as a Python Developer with expertise in backend development
 Strong understanding of Django, including ORM, migrations, and best practices
 Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
 Proficient in SQL and database management
 Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns
 Experience with version control systems such as Git
 Excellent understanding of code versioning tools and CI/CD processes
 Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, is a plus
 Ability to work in an agile development environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Problem-solving aptitude and a keen eye for detail
