Product Support Engineer (SQL / Oracle Query + Core Java)

Education: Any UG / PG / Diploma in CS / IT or related stream.

Work Location : Mumbai

Minimum 2+ years of work experience in core Java-J2EE & SQL query

Key Responsibilities:
 SQL Querying: Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries to interact with databases, extract data, and resolve issues related to data integrity or performance.
 Core Java Skills: Understanding and modifying existing Java code to fix bugs, enhance features, or adapt the software to new requirements. This might involve debugging, code reviews, and implementing small to medium-sized changes.
 Issue Resolution: Identifying, analysing, and resolving issues in live software applications, often under time pressure to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
 Collaboration: Working closely with development teams, database administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the system's architecture and dependencies.
 System Monitoring: Keeping an eye on system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively address potential issues.

This role is critical in ensuring that software applications run smoothly, are well-maintained, and any issues are quickly resolved to avoid impacting the end-users or client.

Requirements:
 UG / PG in Computer science / IT related stream.
 Proficiency in SQL ( DDL, DML, Clauses, Functions, Joins, Constraints, Sub queries)
 Proficiency in Java ( OOPS, Collections, Exception handling, JDBC)
 Proficiency in Web Design ( HTML, CSS )
 Should have basic knowledge in Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery
 Proficiency in software engineering tools
 Good Communication skills
 Ability to document requirements and specifications
 Love of Coding and Out of the Box thinking.
