Executive/Manager - Sales - Medical Device

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development :
 Identify and target potential customers in the medical equipment industry.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Product Knowledge
 Gain in-depth knowledge of the medical equipment products.
 Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
 Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.

Customer Relationship Management
 Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
 Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
 Conduct follow-ups to ensure repeat business.

Market Research And Analysis
 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
 Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
 Provide feedback and insights to the management team.

Sales Reporting
 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
 Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
 Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

Team Collaboration
 Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
 Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities.
 Share best practices and support the development of junior sales staff.
