Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior QA Engineer at BambooBox, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, and ultimately delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of our products
 Find bugs through cloud monitoring tools
 Identify, record, and track bugs
 Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
 Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
 Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
 Monitor debugging process results
 Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
 Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements:
 Proven work experience as a Senior QA Engineer or similar role
 3-6 years of experience in software development and testing
 Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
 Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
 Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
 Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
 Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
 BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
 Excellent communication skills
 Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
