The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves creating and executing digital campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to improve effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
Develop creative content for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.
Ensure that all content aligns with the companys brand voice and marketing objectives.
Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles, ensuring content is current and optimized for search engines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing social media performance.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to the marketing team and management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals and lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and developers to execute marketing campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve digital marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management
