Job Summary: Brisk Olive is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
 Enter and update data accurately in various databases and spreadsheets.
 Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
 Review and correct any errors in data entries.
 Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 Generate reports and compile data for analysis.
 Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
 Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
 High attention to detail and accuracy.
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Good communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with other data entry software and databases.
 Previous experience in a similar industry or company.
