Job Title: HTML Animation Designer

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled HTML Animation Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and animation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging and dynamic user experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing animations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance our web applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and Develop Animations:
 Create visually appealing animations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Develop interactive elements and micro-interactions that enhance user experience.
 Ensure animations are responsive and work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
 Collaborate with Design and Development Teams:
 Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate static designs into dynamic animations.
 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate animations into web pages and applications.
 Provide input on design concepts and offer suggestions for improving animations.
 Performance Optimization:
 Optimize animations for performance to ensure smooth playback without compromising quality.
 Conduct testing and debugging to ensure animations function correctly in various environments.
 Stay Updated with Trends and Technologies:
 Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web animation and interactive design.
 Experiment with new tools and technologies to continually improve animation quality and efficiency.
 Documentation and Maintenance:
 Document animation processes and guidelines for future reference and consistency.
 Maintain and update existing animations as needed, ensuring they remain functional and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
 Education:
 Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
 Experience:
 Proven experience as an HTML Animation Designer or similar role.
 Strong portfolio showcasing your animation work and web design projects.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 Experience with animation libraries and frameworks such as GreenSock (GSAP), Anime.js, or similar.
 Familiarity with SVG animation techniques.
 Understanding of responsive design principles.
 Design Skills:
 Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
 Ability to create animations that enhance user experience and convey the desired message.
 Soft Skills:
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Creative problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
 Knowledge of WebGL and Three.js for integrating 3D animations.
 Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate).
 Basic understanding of UX design principles.
