This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate at GUARANTOR'S. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting new clients, understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. While the role is primarily located in Gurugram, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Sales prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Previous experience in construction or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field,
