    Job Summary: The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with assigned clients. This role involves working closely with brands to understand their needs, implement strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client relationship management, strategy implementation, and experience working with top-tier brands. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings. Understand client goals and objectives, and align our services/products to meet their needs effectively. Account Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results that exceed client expectations. Monitor and report on account performance, using data to suggest improvements and drive client success. Strategic Implementation: Work with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their business success. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies. Analyze market trends and client data to propose innovative solutions that align with client goals. Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with well-known brands, understanding their unique challenges and delivering solutions that align with their brand values. Ensure all brand communications and strategies are consistent with client objectives and the company's goals. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, account status, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to clients based on data analysis and industry knowledge. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients. Ensure that all client concerns are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role. Proven experience working with brands, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to implement effective strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
