Role: Branch Manager - Agency - Health
Location: Anantapur / Tirupati / Ongole / Kadapa. 
Broad Responsibilities - 

 Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
 Handling the health retail product.
 Maintaining relationships with health agents.
 Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
 To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the health agents.
 To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.
 Coordinating with all team members in planning and conducting agents meets, health camps, eye checkup camps and other marketing activities on a regular basis.
 Training & motivating the health agents to qualify for contests and thus bring in incremental business.


Ideal candidate:

 Full-time Graduate/Postgraduate
 MBA preferable marketing
 2+ years experience working in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or General Insurance in Agency Sales.
