Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of luxury real estate properties to HNI clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, and the ability to connect with affluent clients.

Role & Responsibilities
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
 Present and showcase luxury properties to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
 Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
 Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications And Skills
 Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
 Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value transactions.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients.
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 High level of professionalism and integrity.
