Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate

Summary:
Raheja Developers is seeking a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our residential and/or commercial properties within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to our sales goals by effectively showcasing the value proposition of our world-class developments.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through various channels (networking events, referrals, cold calling, etc.).
Conduct in-depth property presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of Raheja projects that align with client needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals on apartments, villas, commercial spaces, or a combination depending on your specialization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and. existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain comprehensive customer records in our CRM system.
Achieve and contribute to the assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the region.
Travel throughout your designated territory to meet with clients and attend industry events (may require a valid driver's license).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
0 to 5 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C), with a demonstrable interest in real estate (a plus).
Strong desire to learn and succeed in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary and commission structure based on experience and performance. We offer a starting salary range of 20,000 to 70,000 per month, with the potential to earn significantly more through commissions.
