- Responsibilities : Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement growth strategies to increase studio membership and revenue. Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, wellness centers, and community organizations. Marketing : Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional events. Sales : Drive membership sales and retention through direct outreach, follow-ups, and personalized member engagement. Event Planning : Organize and manage events, workshops, and retreats to attract new members and retain existing ones. Customer Relationship Management : Ensure excellent customer service and manage client feedback to improve studio offerings. Reporting : Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales, marketing effectiveness, and growth progress. Requirements : Experience : Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the wellness or fitness industry. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge : Familiarity with yoga practices and the wellness industry is a plus. Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
