Salary: 7 to 10 Lpa plus incentives & perks Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Operations Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring, team management, and client liaison, particularly within a job consultancy or job portal environment. This role is critical in ensuring that our recruitment operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they are meeting individual and team targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the recruitment team. Monitor team performance through KPIs and metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive improvement. Recruitment Operations: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry best practices. Implement and optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment projects. Negotiate terms and manage expectations with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Profile Management & Follow-Up: Ensure that profiles sent to clients meet their specific requirements and standards. Follow up with clients on profiles submitted, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the recruitment strategy. Track the progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication with both clients and candidates. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job portals, social media, and networking. Plan and execute recruitment drives, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Operational Efficiency: Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and hiring practices. Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidate data, streamlining the recruitment process. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and client satisfaction. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate databases, client communications, and contractual agreements. Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment operations, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in recruitment or HR management are a plus. Professional Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring, team management, and client liaison. Proven experience in a job consultancy or job portal is a pre-requisite. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
