The Opportunity:
Join Appknox as a Data Mining & CRM Data Hygiene Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing data accuracy within our CRM. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading global brands, including Fortune 500 companies, and directly impact our growth in a rapidly expanding market. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data mining and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Maintain data hygiene within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
Regularly clean, enrich, and validate sales data in HubSpot to enhance the effectiveness of the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all data-related needs are met and leverage insights to optimize sales processes.
Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective measures when necessary to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards that track data quality, lead performance, and sales pipeline health.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, or CRM management roles.
Proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of its basic functionalities, particularly those related to CRM management.
Experience with data mining tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sales operations or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms or sales tools will be an advantage.
