Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals in the IT services industry. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions and the ability to effectively communicate technical offerings to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for IT services, software solutions, and staff augmentation, with a focus on US-based companies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including web application development, custom software solutions, and cloud services.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met with high-quality service delivery.
Present and demonstrate technical solutions to prospects, both in person and virtually.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of success in IT sales, particularly in software solutions, IT services, or related fields.
Strong understanding of modern IT technologies and services, such as cloud computing, web applications, and software development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Experience working with US-based clients is highly preferred.
