Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top creative talent, including social media specialists, graphic designers, content writers, and copywriters.
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and align candidate profiles with team needs.
 Create and post engaging job descriptions, enhancing our employer branding to attract the best creative professionals.
 Support team management, training, and development by aligning new hires with social media guidelines and fostering their growth within the company.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
