Social Media Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team at Mesmerize, a fashion accessories brand for men and women. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
 Create, edit, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
 Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities, and provide insights to improve strategies.
 Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community engagement.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all content.
 Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
 Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
 Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the reach and impact of our campaigns.
 Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
 Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
 Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
 Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
