Business Development Intern

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to join our

dynamic team. This is not a standard 9 to 5 job, as we work with clients from around the

world and sometimes need to be flexible with our working hours, including working on

weekends and at odd times. This position is ideal for an ambitious student or recent graduate

eager to learn about and contribute to the growth strategies of our business. The intern will

assist with research, planning, and the execution of key business initiatives. Through this

internship, the individual will gain hands-on experience in the areas of market analysis,

partnership development, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the research and identification of potential clients, markets, and industry

trends.

 Support the team in the preparation of presentations and pitches for new business

opportunities.

 Help manage and update the companys CRM system.

 Participate in the development and implementation of growth strategies.

 Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and initiatives.

 Engage with prospective clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.

 Prepare detailed reports on business development activities.

 Attend and contribute to strategy meetings and workshops.

Requirements:

 Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Biotechnology, Post

graduate degrees in Marketing, Economics, or a related field are optional.

 Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

engage effectively with clients is a MUST (w.r.t European and US clients).

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

 Proactive and enthusiastic about developing new skills and experiences.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
