Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our relationships with existing clients while seeking new opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the fertilizers and chemicals industry and be well-versed in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of customer accounts, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies and initiatives to retain existing customers and increase their lifetime value.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality service.
Training: Educate customers about our products and services, offering technical support and solutions as needed.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Agri and MBA in Marketing/Agriculture
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the fertilizers and chemicals industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fertilizers and chemicals sector, including market trends and customer needs.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make strategic recommendations.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
