- Position: Business Development and Sales Professionals
We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development and Sales Professionals to help us expand our clientele for our Training vertical.
Responsibilities:
o Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and working on the inbound leads.
o Should have experience in B2B and B2C sales strategies. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, handle uncertainty and be a dependable player in the entire sales process cycle.
o Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, focusing on expanding our presence in the drone industry.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
o Lead the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring effective sales strategies are in place.
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Should develop a network of contacts to generate business by acquisition of new clients.
o Plan approaches and pitches and make technical and business proposals pertaining to the clients needs and objectives.
o Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
o Attending the walk-in enquiries.
o Provide Training Programs information, future scope and Drone Industry insights.
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, domains, potential new clients and the decision makers within the client organisation.
o Organise or conduct webinars or seminars whenever required.
o Keep updates and attend various association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
o Following industry trends locally and internationally.
o Participate in the e-tendering process, if required
Requirements:
o Effective communication and negotiation skills
o Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for drones.
o Market knowledge
o Proven experience in business development and sales leadership.
o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to build rapport
o Excellent time management and planning skills
o Team Player and a go-getter
o Experience 2 to 5 years
Location- Chandigarh
Note: Professionals from the Drone Industry will be highly preferred.,
