Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing on-field promotional activities and driving brand marketing initiatives. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Field Promotional Activities:
Plan, organize, and execute on-field promotional campaigns and events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers to generate interest and awareness.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities, gathering feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Brand Marketing:
Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Support the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and giveaways.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency in branding across all promotional materials.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to build and maintain positive brand relationships.
Event Management:
Organize and manage promotional events, including product launches, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Ensure all events align with the brands goals and objectives, creating a memorable experience for attendees.
Handle logistics, including site selection, permits, setup, and teardown.
Market Research & Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand growth.
Collect and analyze data from promotional activities to measure impact and effectiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in field promotions, brand marketing, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
