Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Customer Service US Import at RTW Logistics Inc. in Ghatkopar. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing customer seevice teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effective communication with clients and internal teams on US import operations.
Qualifications
Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing customer satisfaction
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in logistics
Work from office and willingness to do night shift
Immediate joiner or max 1 month NP candidates can apply
Bachelor's degree is a must
Knowledge of MS office and Reporting,
