Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Genie Bazaar in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, optimize processes, and ensure efficient procurement. Responsibilities include managing cost efficiency targets, coordinating with vendors, resolving vendor queries, managing inbound and outbound operations, and improving operational efficiency to deliver exceptional services.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in operations management, vendor management, and procurement. Procurement of office supplies like Groceries, Stationery, and Cleaning Chemicals preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
2+ experience managing warehouse executives and logistics companies
Effective communication in English and Hindi and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage challenging deadlines and ensuring SLA achievement for end-customers
Experience in inventory management and procurement is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field,
