Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Inverter and Solar Panel Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar inverters and solar panels, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar inverters and panels, including technical specifications and benefits.
Provide training and support to clients and partners on product features and benefits.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of solar energy products, specifically solar inverters and panels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
