Marketing & Branding Lead

Key Responsibilities: Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote business products. Identify target markets, develop messaging, and determine the most effective marketing channels.
 Content and IP Creation: Develop engaging and informative content to support marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, infographics, reels and videos. Manage PR activities. Ensure that all content is tailored to the needs and interests of our target audience.
 Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Provide support and resources to help the sales team effectively promote products.
 Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing key metrics such as lead conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
 Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities related to business lending. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
 Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate gatherings, trade shows, and community engagements. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and onsite coordination.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the SAAS based industry.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
