Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Digital Marketing Fresher. The Digital Marketing fresher will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing. The Digital Marketing fresher will also drive the growth and development of marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
 Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
 Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
 Monitor company presence on social media
 Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness

Qualifications
 Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
 Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
 Web analytics and data-driven decision-making
 Managing and leading marketing campaigns
 Proficiency in marketing automation tools
 Excellent communication and time-management skills
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 Social Media Management, Social Media Optimization, creating campaigns
 Create the content on Canva (graphic, video), content scheduling
 Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
 Primary focus on content creation, SEO (on-page, off-page) [Creative and critical thinking is a must!
