Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and optimize our website performance. This is an individual contributor role where you will directly impact the marketing strategies and overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and increasing online visibility.
 Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) efforts to drive organic and paid traffic to the website.
 Perform website audits and optimize site performance for speed, usability, and search rankings.
 Collaborate with the team to create and distribute content across various platforms (blogs, social media, email marketing).
 Analyze website and campaign performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
 Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance lead conversion.
 Use marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.
 Identify and explore new opportunities for growth and marketing automation.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed:
 Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and website optimization.
 Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
 Strong content strategy and copywriting skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
 Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements:
 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
 Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant marketing platforms.
 Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website management.
 Immediate availability to join and start contributing to the growth of Xcellent Insights LLP.
 Ability to work in a freelance, remote setting.
