As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. Position Overview: The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires extensive experience in all aspects of digital marketing, with a strong focus on the US market. You will oversee all digital marketing channels, collaborate closely with the category and product teams, and work with international teams and agencies to achieve business objectives.
Reporting: This position will report to Chief Revenue Officer and will closely be working with Business heads.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Set clear goals and KPIs for digital marketing initiatives and track performance against targets.
Channel Management:
Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate, content, influencer, Pre and display advertising.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage the allocation of budgets across various channels to achieve optimal results.
Team Leadership:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance digital marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Provide guidance and support to team members, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Promote a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Collaboration and Growth Strategies:
Work closely with the category and product teams to develop and execute growth strategies that align with overall business goals.
Collaborate with international teams and agencies to integrate global marketing efforts and leverage best practices.
Coordinate with product teams to launch and promote new products, ensuring successful market entry and visibility.
Revenue and Performance Management:
Take ownership of digital marketing revenue and performance metrics, ensuring that marketing efforts contribute to overall financial targets.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Report on digital marketing performance to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Explore and test new digital marketing tools and techniques to drive innovation and improve results.
Implement and scale successful strategies across different markets and channels.
Qualifications
Experience:
Extensive experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success in the US or other international market.
Proven experience managing all digital marketing channels, including acquisition and retention.
Significant experience in leading high-performance teams and working with international teams and agencies.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
