Job Details
We are looking for a candidate who is competitive, trustworthy and has excellent
communication skills, who can take the responsibility of the growth of the business. The
main job of the Business Development Executive is to find new targets and leads to
promote the sales and services of the company. He or she should be capable of finding new
strategies to attract new customers and boosting the business of the company.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities
Business Development Executive shall have to do enough market research through
online and offline to develop the sales opportunities and reach the potential
customers. This research will be based on the products of the company offering
globally.
To have focus mostly on growing the business through new client acquisition, BDE
must maintain good relationships with current clients to be in that position. This
involves using customer service and interpersonal skills to identify and meet client
needs. Need to be in touch with them on phone calls on regular basis.
BDE is responsible for using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator to
create these presentations.
Should have negotiation skills and sales skills to convey value and convert leads into
clients.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales
approaches
Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to
action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other
events.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms,
and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain
relevant.
Educational Qualifications & Skills Required
Having an MBA would be very apt for this position and would be preferred
over the bachelor's degree. Should have a good understanding of marketing
strategies and customer relations.

Work Experience
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of work experience in Business to
Business & Business to Customer dealing. Preferable a year experience in
customer research & profiling. Experience in reputed company is not
mandatory. Must have experience in international calling & FMCG sector.,
