We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
Generating Leads: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to identify their needs and generate qualified sales leads.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective telesales strategies and techniques.
Building Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales leads, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
Creating Sales Reports: Create and manage individual accounts for each customer, documenting all sales processes and reporting on progress and results.
Customer Service: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues to maintain long-term relationships.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles. Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of products/services. Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
Sales Acumen: Ability to confidently engage with potential customers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and records.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in telesales.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales data.
Knowledge of sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
