Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Hindi-speaking clients. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (0-3 years). The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
