Check us out @ https://vsyt.me/o/app Role Overview: The Sales role shall be for the Mumbai region and will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic engagement with insurers, upselling existing clients, and acquiring new clients. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the region. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, primarily insurers, to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector and beyond. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company goals. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to existing clients, enhancing their value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities and challenges. Sales Performance and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Mumbai region. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for review by senior management. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the insurance or healthcare sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong network within the insurance industry in Mumbai. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
