Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling property presentations and marketing materials.
Showcase commercial properties to potential clients and investors.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure all sales and leasing transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversee the preparation and completion of all necessary documentation.
Budget Management:
