Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, content creation, SEO, and data analysis. Youll work closely with our design team and management to align marketing efforts with our business goals and enhance our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
 Digital Strategy Development:
 Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
 Develop and manage digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
 Content Creation and Management:
 Oversee the creation of engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
 Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and design philosophy.
 Social Media Management:
 Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
 Monitor and analyze social media performance, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
 SEO and Analytics:
 Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
 Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
 Lead Generation and Conversion:
 Design and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads and convert them into clients.
 Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
 Collaboration and Communication:
 Work closely with the design team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns reflect our brands aesthetic and messaging.
 Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
 Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
 Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
 Creative thinking with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
 Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus.
