Antal International is hiring for a full-time on-site role located in Pune (Hinjewadi) for a B2B Sales Associate. As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and increasing revenue. Other responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, and preparing sales reports.
Must Have Proven work experience as a B2B Sales in Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, Insurance or Fintech.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Local Language and English.
Ability to lead and manage a sales team
Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or a related field,
