Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive and Business Development Specialist to join our branding and design agency. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for the design industry.
 *Responsibilities:**
 Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and enhance brand awareness.
 Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
 Develop business opportunities for the agency for getting new clients on board
 The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channels
 Servicing the existing clients
 Create presentations to meet the requirements of getting new clients
 Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 Have worked in sales for a luxury or premium brand or FMCG segement
 Have expertise in understanding digital marketing and branding
 Previous advertising and branding agency experience preferred
 Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
 Graduate or postgraduate in Sales and Marketing from a reputed university.
 2-3 years of work experience in B2B sales and client service-oriented jobs.
 Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi
 Previous advertising and branding design agency experience preferred
