Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and email campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
2. Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase online visibility and drive relevant traffic.
- Conduct. keyword research for ad targeting and continuously optimize ad copy for better performance.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaign metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and return on investment.
3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand followers and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Content Creation and Ad Campaigns:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to support overall digital marketing goals.
- Create and manage engaging ad campaigns across different platforms to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
5. Email Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing channels.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
