Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Manage and lead the sales team to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets

Conduct market. research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
