Associate - Project Manager cum Process Excellence

For Project management :

 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

 Involve in the process of Ensuring resource availability and allocation.

 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

 Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

 Report and escalate to management as needed

 Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

 Track project performance as per APQP guidelines, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term. goals

 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

 Use and continually develop leadership skills

 Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

 Perform other related duties as assigned

For Process Excellence :

 Ensure end to end process standardization and improvement, reviewing, documenting and where possible aligning best practice.

 Work with director to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

 Review the process audit reports and analyze & identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

 Help to develop and implement process improvement plans, including process mapping, process redesign, and process optimization.

 Train and coach team members on process improvement tools and techniques,
