Job Description:
Lead regional sales and business development efforts for our FinTech projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies.
Utilize Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data to enhance decision-making.
Nurture client relationships and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Effectively communicate the value. proposition through proposals and presentations.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in FinTech sales.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
