Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at FSL Software Technologies Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications And Skills
 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT sales or software sales
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Strong negotiation and closing skills
 Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. (CRM) software
 Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
 Self-motivated and target-oriented
 Ability to work independently as well as in a team
 Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities
 Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and relationship building
 Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions
 Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
