Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify potential Employer through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
Cultivate and. maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet clients" needs and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Recruitment:
Collaborate with client to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates" qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between the business development and recruitment teams, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback and recruitment trends to inform business development strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
