Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals to meet our revenue objectives. This role requires a combination of listening skills, sales expertise, and a good understanding of IT solutions and services offerings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in helping customers making the right choice of IT solutions & services to enable their business.
Key. Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and articulate how our IT infrastructure solutions, cloud consulting, and DevOps services can address their challenges and contribute to their success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and events that generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to position our offerings effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years" experience in business development or sales, especially in the IT infrastructure, cloud consulting, or DevOps services sector (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the aptitude to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
