As a QA Specialist for Onboarding, you will ensure that products or services meet the established quality standards through systematic testing, inspection, and documentation.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and document deviations from quality specifications
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing as needed
Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality tests and inspections
Generate reports summarizing quality metrics, issues, and resolutions
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, quality management)
Previous experience in quality assurance. or a related field
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
