Scrum Master

Job Summary:

As a Scrum Master at Angara, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption and execution of Scrum practices within our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and leading agile projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities:
 1) Scrum Facilitation:
 Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
 Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
 Encourage collaboration and communication between team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
 2) Team Empowerment:
 Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and promote adaptive thinking.
 3) Collaboration:
 Collaborate. with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
 Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
 4) Obstacle Removal:
 Identify and address impediments to team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
 Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder the team""s ability to meet sprint goals.
 5) Metrics and Reporting:
 Track and report key agile metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency into team progress and performance.
 Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with teams to implement necessary changes.
 6) Continuous Learning:
 Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in agile and Scrum methodologies.
 Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
 Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
 4-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
 Strong understanding of agile principles and Scrum framework.
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
 Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
 Familiarity with other agile frameworks (e.g Kanban) is a plus,
