This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at CJ Pallazzio located in Salem. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations and bookings, and responding to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints. The Front Office Manager will also supervise and train front desk staff, develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize guest satisfaction and staff performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Candidtes from Tamil Nadu will be Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to handle guest inquiries, feedback. and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Experience with reservation and booking systems, hotel operations software, and point-of-sale systems
Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills and ability to supervise and train front desk staff
Ability to maintain a positive and professional image for the hotel and create a welcoming environment for guests
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs used in the hospitality industry,
