Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO and Performance Marketing Professional with expertise in optimizing websites for search engines, managing performance marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, Google dynamics, YouTube optimization, as well as experience in writing and posting blogs and articles to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic.

2. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

3. Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising, to drive. conversions and ROI.

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition, to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

5. Create compelling and engaging blog posts, articles, and other content to attract and engage our target audience and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.

6. Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule for blogs and articles, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.

7. Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for improving our content strategy and performance.

8. Optimize YouTube videos for search visibility, including keyword optimization, video metadata, and engagement strategies.

9. Provide regular reports and insights on SEO and performance marketing performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates.

10. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms and digital marketing best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and managing successful performance marketing campaigns.

3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, including experience with Google dynamics and YouTube optimization.

5. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for blogs, articles, and other digital platforms.

6. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and blogging platforms.

7. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
