Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
Establishing sales objectives and devising effective sales strategies.
Researching potential leads and generating prospective clients.
Engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
Preparing and delivering quotes and proposals.
Guiding the sales process using specialized software tools.
Developing and managing a comprehensive CRM database.
Attaining monthly sales targets in a consistent manner.
Requirements for the Sales Executive role:
A degree in BE or Diploma, relevant to the field.
A minimum of 1 year of. experience in sales.
Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a strong sales aptitude.
Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Impressive telephone etiquette and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales-oriented software.
