Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, driving sales growth, developing and executing sales plans, and monitoring sales metrics and goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Sales management experience and proven track record of driving sales growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics to make informed business decisions
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM. software and Microsoft Office Suite
Note: Knowledge of the local insurance market and language skills in Hindi would be an added advantage,
